Fakultet: (Faculty) here is an overview how what each abbreviation stands for:

• ALB - Faculty of Applied Ecology, Agricultural Sciences and Biotechnology
• FTVS - Faculty of Film, TV and Games
• HHS - Inland School of Business and Social Sciences
• HSV - Faculty of Social and Health Sciences
• LUP - Faculty of Education

Studieprogram: (Study course) Write the name of your course as it is written in this overview, and which level it is on. (E.g. "Animation and Digital Art, bachelor" or "Applied and Commercial Biotechnology, master")

Årskull: (Cohort) Which year you and the others in your class started on your study course (E.g. "2024" if you started this year, "2023" if you startet last year, etc.) 

Klasse: (Class) If your cohort is divided in a way, write the name of your "part". If you are not divided, let it be empty.

Foretrukket språk: (Preferred language) Whether you prefer to get your information from StInn in Norwegian or English.

Are you the main or deputy representative?: Each class should have one main representative per 30. started student, and one deputy representative per main representative. If you were chosen as a deputy, this should have been made clear during the election. 

What structure does your study have?: If you're unsure, you can look up your study in the overview Our studies on inn.no, and tick off the options listed under "Structure" in the green box at the top of your study's information page.

If you have previously been registered in Rubic at StInn, are you still taking the same course of education?: This field is a safety valve in case you have changed study programme or cohort since last time. If you choose "I have not been registered in Rubic at StInn before" or ""I am still taking the same course of education", you won't have to answer anything more. If you choose "I have started a new course of education since last time", fields will appear similar to the first time you registered, so we can update your information to what is now correct.
